Hello Little Men!

I hope my muppets are having a great Saturday and keeping well…

I had a good day , got lots done , looking forward to chilling tomorrow a bit , only have some email stuff and a couple of Skype call to do …then some me time , I think … Need to say hello to Ouma also for Mother’s Day….

I need to go get my hair cut it feels like a 1960 come-over on my ever growing bold spot …don’t giggle you two , who knows you both might also have less hair than what you would like one day , I use to have loads until I think 5 years ago and then it was stable for a while but seems to have gone really bad the past six months ……..

O before I forget , I have to explain the wine glass holder picture , I hear they are all the range with the alcoholics at Hotel Aqua for the start of the 2014 Summer holiday season…. I hear some of the rooms have asked for them to be installed all over the place ……

I am told the paid surrogate also still continues to use OUR family name …really would have thought by know she would have sorted herself with a new alias seeing that she is trying to change yours !

I am get loads of spam on your blog the past 2 nights ,not sure what that is all about but at least it seems that the spam filter is blocking it ….

Back early today so just having my dinner , decided to have one mega one instead of 3 little ones , I see they do children’s ones now with loads of toppings ! Sure you monkeys would love them …maybe one day I will get to buy you each one …. Xx

14 months in Karen and Peter Morey from Cafcass and Judge Singleton from the High Court Lancaster confirms that they have not and will not read either of the detailed long term parenting plans I have provide them being practical and logical with reasonable expectations from my side to build on contact with my boys , the stance is if mum says no , they will not stand up against her even if they can see she is wrong but they would rather support her PAS plan to ensure she gets her 1400 quid a month in benefits for keeping our boys hostage and in their minds it will make the case and issues go away so they can move on and collect more money from the government to start des toying more little ones lives , thus zero regards for the little ones , they just want the file of their desks , they have gone as far as to tell Social services to back off and not respond to me or investigate the case and serious long term potential harm issues growing up on benefits and a council estate !…Kind Regards Phill Ferreira

Now what I find amusing here is that in 14 months the Court have ignored each and every parental responsibility I have but now Judge Singleton wants to make an order to protect the alcoholic drug addicted paid surrogates parental responsibility , just one more example of how bias and unprofessional Judge Singleton and the High Court Family Division in the UK is in fact

She is ignoring my repeated requests to the Court for N161 review and still have not confirmed how she will have this hearing on 28 May as the MFA said they need 4 months to arrange it but ones again she thinks she is above the law !

Well I am glad to report the man flu concern last night seems to have been a false alarm … Thank goodness !

Not a great deal of news here , just normal work stuff as I told you muppets last night.

I have just seen the back yard psychologist Dalvinder Kaur Kelly and Peter Morey from Cafcass Blackburn was the main searches on your blog today , loads of hit , this means one of two things , they are either googling them self or some poor other family and little ones lives will be destroyed by these two incompetent individuals and the sad thing is once again if this is the case the UK Government will pay them loads of money for NOT doing their jobs ! Nothing changes then it seems !

I am at the factory tomorrow for the whole day again , it seems the lads did really well today some I am pleased!

I hope you muppets have lots of plans for the weekend , I think you are leaving for your holiday if I don’t have my dates mixed up don’t have the file with me , but all the same I hope that you are safe and being looked after as I know this is big drinking time for your family so makes me worried if they are looking after you both well when they start to hit the holiday Booz bottles as normal !

Ouma said she arranged your cake today , as the past two years she will take it to the local nursery school as I assume as normal her and Oupa will not be allowed to wish you happy birthday ! Sad but true that the paid surrogate have done that the past 2 years also !
