I thought I have seen it all before but this is just stupid and a perfect example of a UK Judge making assumptions , I deal daily with people from more than 14 Countries and some cultures type in capital letters , you would think a person with the power to make rulings over people from different back grounds would understand this but it shows you once again how incompetent UK Family Judges are !

Fathers’ rights activist takes campaign to Scottish Parliament
A man fighting to see his baby son is calling for a change in the law so unmarried fathers have the right to be part of their children’s lives.
Ron Park wants family courts to enforce paternity testing “in extreme cases”.
He says all efforts should be made to ensure both parents are named on birth certificates, where it is in the best interests of the child.
Mr Park set up an online campaign about his attempts to see his son, who was born last year.
“His mother has refused to let me see him at all. There is no protection issue, no order to remove me, she simply felt like she wanted rid of me,” he wrote.
He says there are an estimated 160,080 separated fathers and 295,000 children in Scotland alone whose rights are “unprotected under our current laws”.

Today my daughter should be proudly being inducted into the 7th grade NJHS (National Junior Honor Society) due to her extremely high GPA in all honors classes. But she won’t because her father and step-mother never bothered to have her do the required essay and turn it in on time. It is obvious that my daughter is not a priority in that home with the step-mothers other 3 kids. If you are too busy to be concerned and involved in her education, then please, I beg you, send her HOME where she belongs. Hello Little Men !
How are my Champs doing today ? I really hope great …..
Well I have had a long day once again , loads of time in production up and down so now it feels like I am getting the old favourite tooooo cold air conditioning man flu ! , lol don’t giggle monkeys you will also learn that men get flu much worst then women 🙂 or perhaps we are just bigger babies when we feel like we are getting a runny nose …. Personally still think we get it worse ! Lol
Just also spoke to Ouma and Oupa , they send all their love and big cyber cuddles your way …..
I am going out on retail calls tomorrow so that means plenty of tea drinking loads of hand shaking and most interesting telling people about our products and company that do not speak very much English , flip side is I am sure I will learn a couple of new local words with each meeting that always help with the next presentation 🙂
Well Little Men I think I am going to curl up on the bed and watch some telly , have not done that in ages , it is all re-runs from the USA from 6 months ago but what to do as they say …lol
Can’t wait to see you both in not that long I promise under our big old green tree in dream land , I think I need some hot chicken soup dream bear cuddles from my little O’s tonight ….. Not toooooo hot please ! Lol

Good evening Little Men !
Hope my Champs are well and that you both have had a great day !
Apologies for being so late today but as I told you yesterday I was tied up in interviews , only had one guy that was a no show , so not that bad I guess …
I have been having some issues with WordPress on my iPad again , not sure if it is the site or the internet connection here at the hotel , I see the blog is now heading to 18 000 hits and the main search engine terms are , parental alienation , Jayne Ferreira, Peter Morey , Core Assets , Judge Singleton and then Oliver and Oscar Ferreira thus it seems the trolls are busy doing lots of reading of the blog and googling us …..
It was Election Day today in South Africa so I see all the people are posting the pictures on Facebook but the positive thing is most people seem to have been able to get it over and done with , without spending hours standing in line as normal …. Am pretty sure it will make no difference to the country but hats off to the people whom have made the effort today to go and do it !
I am back at the factory tomorrow as I need to try and complete the stock movement audits etc. so a hot day ahead in the warehouse I think ….
I thought about you both lots today still hard to believe I have not seen or spoken to you muppets since 28 November last year ….breaks my heart if I am honest but I guess I need to get use to it as nothing will change in this regard.
I just find myself wonder what you both are doing , how big you must have grown by now , it’s Mother’s Day on Sunday so am pretty sure Ouma would have loved to say hello to you both also , not sure if I will be working on Sunday but I will try and Skype her to say hello I think …… Might have to take her to the place with lots of lights and bells once I am back in South Africa for a while again ……
Well little men I need to shoot off as it is past 10 pm already here , have not had any dinner yet and have a mountain of email to try and clear before the morning ….
So as always Champs , can’t wait to see you both in dreamland later under our big old green tree , keep me a spot in the shade please …. Looking forward to my dream little man cuddles and giggles ….. 🙂

For those of you who knows me well , you know that I drink Red Bull in the morning , so when I got this picture on email from my mum now it made me smile as I just walked into my hotel after a very long day…..
And guess what I had stopped of to get my stash , pic below of my mini bar now stocked again with the breakfast of Champions as it should be ..lol
