  1. phil sorry for been a pain dear mr grayling i am sending this email because i need you to see and hear whats going on please  thousands of parents nearly everyday are facing family courts injustice in contravention of the human rights acts 1998. article 6 hra1998 the rights to a fair trial it has drastically been ignored. article 8 the right to family life its been ignored but to me that is a disturbing issue. the exsisting law and guidance for a fair justice are been made redundant by many judges. hearsay evidence born out of commercial interest are often been used as eveidence. although within the british system and under rule 22 the law states that a party can give evidence under the oath which is called affidant. why judges are not ensureing that there dessissions are honest transparent demanding sworn statements to be made rather than ahear say false eveidence. why a child has to loose his or hers happy life and the childs mother and father have to be punished for the rest of lives because theres ongoing justice. we are not asking for special favours or treatment  we are asking for the goverment to instruct and work with the judical so to abbide by the law restore justice and end the presecution of parents whos fault is to give birth to all our children our reccomendations are is to instruct the judical that they should apply as the same as principle as in crimminal courts which is beyond resonable doubt rather than this unfair and injust balance probabillities in which case innocent parents are been left discreation of the judges dessession rather than discreation of law the familys all around the world are been let down and are not believing in what the goverment should be doing and not what they are not is it not worth to do the right thing and get the respect of all in england and around the  world just for one person standing up and doing right. thank you clare wakeman  Show message history Reply, Reply All or Forward | Morewould you please put this on my site mate xx
