The following notice for C100 applications have been served and the court has already confirmed that directions in this regard will be done at the hearing on 28 May 2014

Estimated time for this will be 10 full courts days.

All statements by all parts are required as formal affidavits to allow cross examination.

YouR website is block and as such I am not able to complete the C100 form from Pakistan and thus will make these applications in the face of the Court if the listing is not done prior to 28 May 2014

Pilgrim Fathers – Update on Day One.

Update on the first day of the Pilgrimage to Canterbury Cathedral by the Pilgrim Fathers (who are Tom, Matt, Vincent, Paul and Adam)  as recounted by Thomas Judge :

On a fine day, the Fathers assembled at the Royal Courts of Justice in the Strand.  Father Thos put a leaflet inside the  RCJ, which seemed to annoy the security presence( G4 security); who ” went ballistic” (in Father Thos’s words).   Matt then decided to add a little colour to the outside of the court building, and  stucka  poster up.  The route took them through Middle Temple where they  delivered  leaflets to barristers and then walked onto Southwark Court.  

The Fathers then moved onwards to Blackheath Tea Hut for a pit stop, going via Deptford.  The vast expanse of the heath cheered up the Fathers  walked east out of London into the dark rain cloud that followed them  all the way to…

Good evening Little Men!

Hope you both are very well and that your little tans are coming along nicely , only about a week left of you holiday I think…

It’s 9 pm here just got back from Islamabad , had a great day , very interesting project if I am honest ….the 8 hours in the car was not so much fun …I don’t like long drives ….lol , it’s also been raining loads here on and off so in some parts the roads are questionable to say the least 🙂 , but hey we have gone and came back safely so no complaints from me !

I received an email from the Court just now as well asking me were I will be on 28 May , as the attendance will be via video link on the internet I am not sure what they are trying to arrange as they have my travel schedule for that date , but I guess the positive thing is they have responded to the email in this regard I wrote on 28 April , so only 2 weeks late , not bad for a government department !

You two will giggle if you here what I have just had for my dinner , one of the restaurants here in the hotel make the most amassing red velvet cupcakes …:-) , so I could not resist , so my dinner for one was a can of full fat coke ( only type I drink now) and the cupcake …boy o boy I know how to live ….lol 🙂

I am going to the factory in the morning again and hope to catch up on all my admin I missed due to the trip today ….

Hope you two are having a ball on the beach and that you are safe …….

Not much more news here Champs I am afraid to say , thus I will see you monkeys shortly under our big old green tree in dreamland , packing you dreamy cupcake cuddles and smiles …..
