I lived with and was married to a female malignant narcissist for 12 years who has BPD and HPD. I endured significant trauma, gas lighting, degrading comments and was left feeling worthless. Probably summer holidays causing delay, I wasdue in court in the July but as CAFCASS woman went on holiday put back to October!

Beware of overkill Phill a friend and activist in Singapore did daily updates on Facebook but for him Wee Cheng it became too much, don’t forget this is a very depressing subject,that’s why I need to quit!

I know , but as I see it , it gives me 5 min each day saying a quick hello to the boys , and yes they might never see it or understand it but we have to live in hope 🙂 and maybe one mum or dad or little one learns from our story and that might make theirs a less heart breaking one ….. , yes I have days I think why keep doing it as it makes me look like a total nutter but I can only hope one day our boys will understand as I might not be here to explain it all to them ….
