Yesterday, the realization of accepting that I was not even able to recognize my own child in a photo washed over me in a slow and steady crush. I haven’t spent any time with, had any visitation with my son since May of 2012.

Daily update for my Boys 24 May 2014
Good evening Little Men !
I hope my Champs are well and having a great long weekend !
Well I have just finished at the factory , have a bit of admin to sort tomorrow before my flight and then it’s home bound for a week , wahoooo !
The month has actually passed quick looking back at it now , guess because I was mega busy with the audit , but all good.
I see your blog is doing very well also , the views and shares and likes were at an all time high this week 🙂 let’s hope it has given people some insight whiles dealing with their own family court issues …..
I see little Mr. J has asked his mum to remind me about their birthday party next week …lol as if I would miss it for the world , still not sure what to get the twins and their big sister but Ouma says the new mega mall near them is open now so her and I will go explore next week while I am home …
Am also in desperate need of a haircut to be honest so need to try and work that in also , but I guess now that their will be no Court hearing next week I have a bit more free time before I fly out again, will have to also plan once we know when the Court wants to send me to jail , might be a good time to come see you both before the jail term starts , and as I said last time they wanted to send me to jail at least I will get to see you both each weekend at visitation time , thus not all bad it seems 🙂
You muppets must have a great Sunday …hope you get some playtime in the park with B&B and maybe a nice roast dinner …

Police prevent dad from entering Hertford court

A dad protesting outside of Hertford court to mark 3 years since he last had normal contact with son was refused access to the court by the police yesterday.
A court is a public building. What have they got to hide?

We want nothing less than a legal presumption of 50/50 contact for a child with their parents if they split up, and the abolition of the deeply controversial, undemocratic secret court system that still exists within the ‘family’ division despite forty years of inequality and protest.

Hello Little Men!
Hope you two muppets are doing well and have your bank holiday weekend fun plans ready !
Champs as I am sure you have seen from today’s rubbish from the Court , Judge Singleton is now trying to off load this case as she knows she had not done her job and that they are all being exposed as incompetent fools , I see she now want HHJ Jeremy Rawkins to decide how to move this case forward thus the hearing next week is off for now , I will write MR Rawkins a letter now just to make sure he knows the facts and takes the time to read your blog and all the documents thus far , he was involved in the big social media case last year October in which they ruled that the Family Courts needs much more transparency to highlight just how incompetent they all are , so it will be interesting to see how he will handle thus matter now before him , but I know one thing if he want to send me to jail for contempt of Court it better be a life sentence, for the day I get out it will be war in no uncertain terms , and they forget I am not alone , this blog and the exposure of the misconduct will continue that I have made sure off , he will have to rule that the internet gets banned in the UK in total to make this go away …..
Enough about these cowards ….
I had a good day here , we had some email issues but are almost done with what I have to do before tomorrow afternoon , need to start packing again also , not so much fun !
I spoke to Ouma and Oupa on Skype just now also , they send all their love and big cyber cuddles your way 🙂
Well Champs I need to go it’s almost 10 pm here my food should be here any minute , and I am starving all I had today , were two red bulls and a mocha today , o and 3 lost tic taks I found in my bag …lol I know how to live I tell you 🙂

Dear Mr Ferreira,
Having regard for the assertions that you will record the hearing in any event and further that it will be attended by a media team who will also be filming the proceedings it seems highly unlikely that the hearing next week can go ahead by video link at all without a serious risk that the breaches of orders prohibiting publication will continue and may well include unlawful filming or recording of the hearing.
We gather this from the following paragraphs of one of many emails this morning.
We will be using this system as it meets your spec 100 percent , I will use my dictaphone as I have been in all the hearings thus far so not using my. iPad does not stop me from recording your misconduct as always If this is the game you want to play I am happy to release the last recordings of your Judge admitting she is to lazy to read the statement !
This matter is no closed I will see you at the time on the link and details I have provided you , a media team will be present also to film the proceedings
The case is to be listed for mention (no attendance by parties required) before HHJ Rawkins the DFJ for Lancashire as soon as possible on the issue of whether and how the attendance of Mr. Ferreira by video link can be facilitated and to consider whether this matter should now be heard by a Judge of the Family Division. (It has been released to me sitting Section 9)
All parties should be warned that the hearing next week is unlikely to go ahead as listed. The orders made as to the arrangements for the children pending the hearing remain in force until varied or vacated.

All across the internet, people are searching the topic of Narcissists and their relationship with money. Typically, each type of Narcissist uses money for a specific agenda, which I have outlined below.
When it comes to money, there are generally three types of Narcissistic tendencies:
1) The Moocher – If this particular Narcissist manages to stick it out long enough to get a college degree, it eventually becomes useless because this Narcissist destroys all opportunities in their field due to a sketchy job history and their propensity to leave at the drop of a hat. They struggle with staying employed because they cannot tolerate authority figures, seeing any sort of constructive criticism or feedback as a personal attack. They are the ones that often find a way to go out on disability and/or take advantage of government assistance, along with deceiving various family members and partners.
