Paasnaweek. Die slegste ding wat seker ooit gebeur het. Die wonderlikste ding wat ooit gebeur het.
Dis so tragies dat ons mensdom so ongehoorsaam is dat God dit moes nodig ag om mens te word, sy Seun moes stuur om die ergste van marteling te moes ondergaan, gestraf moes word vir ons sonde, moes sterf op ‘n onmenslike manier, net sodat ons kan breek met die sonde.
Dis so wonderlik dat God so oneindig groot is, so magtig is, dat Hy Heerser is oor lewe en ook oor die dood, dat Hy vir Jesus na 3 dae kon opwek uit die dood, die dood oorwin, sodat ons kan lewe. Woorde kan dit nie beskryf nie. Dis net ongelooflik en ek is so bitter dankbaar vir daardie groot genade wat ook aan my bewys is.
