I saw an amazing parenting order at the Abbotsford Provincial Courthouse this week. Every Tuesday is remand day, when they bring in all the separated parents, usually just a half dozen or a dozen dads to be attacked by the Court – to be quickly and cheaply processed. Mom’s don’t need to show up for child support enforcement. Even if a parent sues the Director of British Columbia’s Family Maintenance Enforcement Agency or the Canadian government, as in a Charter Challenge, and these big players lose their case, they can never be charged costs in provincial court. Usually, parents who try to sue Canada are told they are in the wrong court. Last summer, the Honourable Mr. Justice Pearlman said he has some sympathy for parents getting shunted between the provincial and supreme courts and never getting a hearing.

Good Afternoon Little Men…

How are my Champs doing today ? I hope fantastic and oki doki ….

I have had a bit of long day … I had to go pay some legal fees today but of course it is month end so took up most of my day …not the best idea to go and sort this today but it had to be done today …. Least I can now tick that off my ever growing to do list …lol

I hope you two have seen my photo of my Wimpy banana milkshake today …that was my reward for standing in the bank for such a long time …as I said really hope I get to buy you both one , one day as I think you muppets will love them just as much as I do ….reminds me of being a little man like what you both are now…..

Woke up this morning with loads of email also , least the time in the bank line give me the opportunity to catch up on these ….

I must say I could feel the cold air this morning , the day did not turn out that bad but was defo nippy this morning…. I think we might have a colder than normal winter this year due to all the rain and floods from the past two months …..

Well as you both know you have a Court hearing tomorrow but as expected we have not received any further applications as mentioned in the email from your Solicitor , so just more hot air as normal from these clowns …..

I see you two were in Morecambe yesterday … I sure hope the child abusers let you two have a walk on the promenade or maybe even ride your scooters or bikes , as I am pretty sure you two must be expert scooterers by now ….lol would love to see you both having some fun with them ….maybe one day hey little Champs …who knows ……

Not much more news here I am afraid so just want to say I hope you both will have a fun day tomorrow and be safe as I am not sure whom you will be left with again but it can’t be a good person that’s for sure ….so will be thinking of you both loads …..

Can’t wait to see you both as normal later under our big old green tree in dreamland ….packing extra dream cuddles and smiles for you both ….

So as you all will know by now tomorrow morning at 10 am my boys Oliver James and Oscar Alexander Ferreira is part of a hearing at the High Court Lancaster sitting in Preston and Blackburn by Judge Singleton , the Court told me a week ago about the hearing but refuse to provide the details what it will be about , you have seen the email from Miss Rebecca Butterfield the boys Solicitor saying she has once again been in ” private” consultation with the paid alcoholic drug addicted surrogate of my boys Jayne Elizabeth Ferreira aka Jayne Elizabeth McClure whom was to once again apply to the Court to change the boys Family name as she want to hide the Truth and Mr Peter Morey and the Judge continuous their misconduct in supporting this Child Abuser ! No such application has been issued or received as per normal this is just threats by her and her father Steve McClure to try and intimidate me as they have always tried to do in their efforts to hide the Truth about what they both are ..Child Abusers …nothing more ….

I hear they plan to shut this blog down , I would like to remind them that this blog was started on 6 Dec 2013 after they allowed the paid surrogate to ignore their Court order by which I requested to see my boys on Christmas Day last year …….

This blog will today have more than 12400 views , 575 posts , 385 comments over 235 daily email followers and has been seen in more than 60 Countries now and it has been re-blogged and re-posted on a large number of other sites by the followers that as I, believe in the Truth and transparency of the Family Law System in the UK ….

So all I can say is I wish them luck tomorrow as this footprint and platform is here to stay as my boys Will know the Truth one day …….the whole Truth …
