How are you two muppets doing today ? I hope very well…

Lots going on today , I had a phone conversation with Peter Morey from Cafcass this morning re the current state of affairs , this man has his head so far up a place the Sun does not shine , that he does not even realise the rubbish he tries to tell me to defend his misconduct and Child Abuse support! I as you will have seen emailed his CEO again , am sure they will not respond as they keep trying to hide behind the system instead of doing the job the Queen pays them to do , and who suffers abuse because of this ? You both no one else….but it seems I am the only one that sees that !

Boys I do not know where and if this will ever end but I need you both to know the Truth and that I have and will fight to make you both safe until my last breath , no matter what happens to me in the end , I am a big boy , I can take it !

I think what breaks my heart is that you both will read this one day and think I am loopy I am sure as by then you would have been so brainwashed and alienated that this all will sound like crazy talk to you both.

I can only hope and pray that you will understand and know the Truth!

Enough dribble from me , lol..

I hope you both have had a great start to the week and still looking forward to your monthly update that is due today and then our visit on Thursday. I have confirmed to your school that as they have not responded with any concerns that I will visit them on Wednesday at 2pm , depending on traffic I guess !

Would be nice to know where and how you both spend your time at school…

Been a long day already for me , think it is early to bed today as tomorrow will be a long day again , but all good and for the right cause….

Hope you both will have a peaceful night , and I can’t wait to see you both later under our big old green tree in dream land , packing big warm bear cuddles for you both…..

Dear Readers,

I have had a very interesting phone conversation with Mr Chiz Onuora , I have recorded the conversation but he objected so I will not post it just yet !

He claims me and my family are a risk to his staff and other children , he is not willing to confirm on what he’s accusation is based,

He first said he did not speak to Steve McClure directly , when I told him I have an email from Mr McClure confirming that he had spoken to Chiz he changed his story, I asked him what legal right he had to speak with Mr Steve McClure in the first place as he is a delusional old drunk , Mr Chiz could not answer me !

I have asked for a written response why me and my family are a risk to Core Assets staff explaining the details and also the conversation with Mr McClure , Chiz said that he will do this , let’s bet he will not respond !

Please make sure you spread the word re Mr Chiz Onuora and Core Assets they are criminals and hired guns nothing else but yet two armed staff members are scared of me ! These people are almost as yellow skinned as the McClure family !

I have copied emailed you and Christine during the past month re the conduct and lack of process from Mr Peter Morey in your Blackburn office, I have as you well know made a formal complaint to which you only partly responded , you then said if I have issues I need to come back to you, Mr Durban ( the clown on the internet from Cafcass) told me to go to the Medical Ombudsman knowing very well that I do not live in the UK and as such do not have a MP so he is not going to held accountable for the misconduct in this case.

I have been informed that once you are not able to perform and allow due process the case have to be stopped by Cafcass and an international Social work should be put in place , why are you not doing that?

I will post this email on our boys blog with direct links to your private emails and mobile numbers as I am sure I am not the only foreign father whom you use to ignore Human rights !

You and all the people copied on this email ( excluding Miss Hurley ) are CHILD ABUSERS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Also please provide details of what risk I pose more than two drunks that make up stories but you and Peter are happy for our boys to be left in the care of these child abusers , you are the criminals here and the threat not me young lady ! Dear Becky,

Hope you are well.

I am a little bit disappointed with you once again , as you state in the statement from Peter that you will arrange contact now that we have been turned down by Core Assets after the as normal interference of the surrogates spokesperson.

Please thus can you urgently confirm the new arrangements this morning as the surrogate said she would confirm by 24 Jan , today is now a month later with no contact from her in this regard.

If you do not confirm this morning I will have to re consider traveling to the UK just for the Court hearing and will then ask for the hearing to be re listed the week of 20 May as I will then be in the UK again to see the boys for their Birthday.

Please note that this also will be brought to the attention of the Judge is support of my committal application for the surrogate.

Judge Awards Custody of Teen to His Homeless Dad

A Brooklyn judge has decided that a 17 year-old boy who has been in the custody of his well-paid mother all of his life, will now be better off living with his father – who is homeless and currently living in a city-run shelter.

The New York Post is reporting that Family Court Judge Bernard Graham has taken the teen away from his mother, Jeannette Traylor, a $90,000-a-year court worker, claiming his decision was based on the wishes of the child.

The boy claimed his mother was “self-absorbed” and uninterested in him, and that she once hit him with an umbrella.

As a result, custody of the boy was given to his father, John Jacobs, who has been living on the streets for years, according to court papers.

The couple broke up shortly after their son was born in 1994 and shared joint custody for a time until Traylor was awarded primary custody in 2001. Jacobs refused to accept that decision and spent the next decade trying to win back custody. In more than two dozen legal filings, Jacob “constantly misled” investigators and a psychologist once testified that he had “severe reservations” about his parenting skills, the papers claim.

“I begged the judge please not to play with my son’s life,” Traylor told The Post. “What my ex-husband does doesn’t surprise me. But I expected better when I went to court.”

Jacobs believes the judge made the right decision and is now living with his son in a city-run shelter in Brooklyn.

“If I was in a cardboard box and if it was better for my son, so be it,” he told the Post. “One parent is healthier for the child than the other . . . When you add the whole thing together, I’m better for the boy. That’s the bottom line.”

Traylor believes comments she made that were critical of the legal process affected the outcome of the case. Before rendering his final decision, the judge did indeed chastise her for being “quick to offer barbed criticism of the court and the legal process.”

The teen will continue to attend a nearby Catholic high school where his mother pays the tuition.
