I said the psychologist interviewed me for 2 hours the extra hour and 20 min was used for me to complete the testing forms , so how am I telling lies?
Funny , how going to a double medium school and being able two read and write more than one language makes you a lire by people that left school at 16 !

Dear Mrs Kaur-Kelly

Thank you for your email. I have considered the questions that Mr Ferreira wishes you to answer, and my view is that these are questions that should properly be put in either cross examination, or as formal questions to you with the permission of the Court.

I suggest that I raise this as an issue at the hearing on 28th February, as at this hearing the Judge will be determining Mr Ferreira’s application to set the final order aside, and if granted, the Court can consider whether these questions should be put in writing in advance of a final hearing, or whether they can simply be dealt with by way of cross examination.

If Mr Ferreira wishes to make an complaint to your governing body then that is a matter for him. No doubt they will notify you directly in due course in that event. However in relation to the questions he has asked, I suggest that you take no further action on these, as you are a jointly instructed expert and you have concluded the work that the Court has directed you to complete. I will contact you further after the hearing on 28th February to confirm the position.

It would be helpful if you could confirm in advance of the hearing, in the event that the Court does order responses to questions, your likely timescales and estimated costs for doing so. Could you also please confirm, in the event that the matter is listed for a further final hearing, your likely costs in attending Court for a full day inclusive of travel expenses, so that we can make the parties aware and arrange to be put in funds on account.

I will notify Mr Ferreira of the position.

I am currently in consultation with the HPC and the Medical Ombudsman and have been asked to make this request for information to yourself and allow you 7 days to respond.

1. Please could you explain as an independent expert why you provided Cafcass with a draft report 2 days before your final report was provided to myself.

2. Please could you explain as an expert how basic details like even my age is incorrect in your report , was this in fact my evaluation you commented on or someone else

3. Please could you provide the details of time spend on testing and interviewing me , keeping in mind that you where 45 min late for our meeting and we had only 3 hours and 20 min before I had to leave for my flight to leave the UK

4. Please can you explain as an expert how you are able to make a diagnosis on one interview , but yet non of your peers would be able to do so or even claim that this is possible

5. Please could you explain as an expert how you are allowed to quote my personal emails but yet you claim to be independent

6. Please could you explain why you refuse to provide the scoring details on the test you made me complete

7. Please could you explain as an expert how you make no reference in your report to my cultural back ground and in fact being South African and not English and the alternative tests that should have been used.

8. Please can you as an expert explain how you are able to say my statements were rehearsed but you offer no example of what I have said in fact

9. Please can you as an expert explain the quotes you use of me which is words and fracases that as a South African , Afrikaans speaking person I would never use and don’t even know the meaning off

10. Please as an expert can you explain why you refused my request to review the case file going back to April 2013 to understand my frustration but yet you were happy to use an extract of some of my emails to the legal team

11. Please can you provide details of the number of family law cases you have been involved in and how many of them are shown with males having personality orders

12. Please can you as an expert explain why you have decided details we discussed in dept re the blackmail from my wife’s family should not be in your report.

The notice time will be recorded as per the ZAR local time that this email is sent to you.

Should I not receive and acknowledgement of this email by close of play today , I take it as seen by you and should you choose not to respond and handle this matter in Court , please confirm your intention of same ASAP.

Thank you for your email.
Perhaps Mr Ferreira’s selective memory would be better spent explaining why he tells so many lies looking for sympathy than the actual truth, see below, he clearly tells a very public blog in reply to Barbed Wire (sorry Barb Dwyer) than he was only seen for 2 hours at the airport, yet in his questions to Ms Kaur-Kelly states he was seen for 3 hours and 20 minutes as per Item 3.
Mr Ferreira since knowing him has always boasted of attending Private Schooling in an English Speaking School (could also be untrue I now realise), and has also prided himself of being completely westernized, yet now looks for excuses claiming he is South African and for consideration to be given for this poor excuse.

Hi Barbs,

Thank you for taking the time to read my boys blog. I am really sorry to hear about your situation, breaks my heart if I am honest!

I wanted my wife to return to work to support us as a family as I paid over a 100 pound a day for nurcery fees , we had a full time nanny , ironing lady and cleaner but my wife felt she could give my boys a better life on 1200 pound benefits as a single parent , because I have taken up the fight to see our boys Cafcass says I am crazy , I and my wife told police I pushed her once in 2009 when we lived in Dubai and thus I am a domestic violence perpetrator with no proof , so she could get legal aid !
Also a psycologist interviewed me for 2 hours at a airport and decided I have narsicisim
In my case my ex is playing the system to line her pockets as she is getting free child care from the state but still sits at home…..

Hello little men!

How are my champs doing today ? I really hope very well…

I have been on the phone the whole day , had to just plug in my phone ! Have spreadsheets coming out my ears….lol but all good , all in preparation of the road trip starting tomorrow morning at 5am…. Need to get out of the City before the traffic starts , my first stop is about 4 hours from home and then onto Bloemfontein….

Got my blackberry service up and running again also , so it feels quite liberating being back on the information super highway after being offline for almost three days…. Don’t know how we survived before these things…lol , well saying that Ouma still has her fax machine set up , I guess you both will not even know what that is by the time you are old enough to read your blog …. This one Ouma has , the paper goes black when it gets old and you can’t read the writing , but 10 years ago it was a must have… Sure we can get some bucks for it one day on antiques roadshow , lol….

Your blog seems to be getting loads of traffic and comments also , sorry about the Afrikaans over the weekend , but who knows maybe I will get the opportunity one day to teach you both a couple of words…. I must say I found it hard to write as I have not done so for such a long time …but I assume Advader got the points as I was able to read and understand his comments, it funny I have not read Dutch since school but it must be like riding a bike you never forget how to do it ….not that I have been on a bike for years so maybe you both will make me eat my words when we get , maybe to go on a bike ride one day……

I saw that you both got bikes for Christmas so I wonder how you are getting on with them, least the roads are not so busy were you are being kept hostage…. Just hope you are wearing helmets and pads if you are giving them a go in the road……O and don’t take B&B with when you go riding as they will make you both fall or crash , that is just what puppies do…lol

Had to check my camera today and I found the pictures of us 3 taken at the Cafcass jail meeting room in November ….still can’t believe how much you both had grown then…… Would love to see what you both look like now but the pictures I get sent is old most of the time , not sure why , I can only assume it’s part of the parental alienation tactics being used by your care giver…….

As I said yesterday I hope you both will have a great week ! I will say hello along the road if I am able to do so ,if not , as promised I will post your daily update before I go to bed this week each night…..
