Am I missing something here ? I did not agree to the proposal from the care giver nor Core Assets , I made it very clear to you all that I will not see our boys whiles being locked in a room,

You also forget you suggested Core Assets and they offer outings, which I said was what I wanted to do , you said the care giver and I need to sort this out ourselves,

I hope you and Peter are starting to see these peoples true personalities and the abuse I have had to suffer the past 5 years from this family and the Child abuse you , Peter and the Court agrees to expose our boys to for the rest of their lives!

I did email Core Assets to ask why they want to charge for reports and 2 supervisors as you all have been happy for me to see our boys in a unsecured Church filthy run down Community hall.

You also forget Mr Steve Mcclure had an inappropriate discussion even with the ladies at the last contact centre and I must just sit back and let him and his daughter bad mouth me at will !

How do I expose our boys to risk at a venue I have and will not agree to ?

As expected, your email has infused the situation further, Mr Ferreira has chosen to add all emails involved regarding Core Assets on his blog leaving in my fathers telephone number and email address.. Great news, it incorporates more breaches of the Court Undertakings which I will enforce even more and have now reported another incident of harassment to the PPU of Chester Police.

Boys I have all the legal letters to confirm your date and details for this in June 2013 , it did not suite your care giver so she moved your care to a new doctor without telling me ! , Cafcass and the Court agreed for her to let you suffer till the dates worked for her

I even have the voice mails from the hospital saying your care giver is not picking up her phone !

When I tried to contact her she told the police it was harassment to send her copies of your hospital letters .?

But I am the bad person here again, strange that !

I write to inform you that I have received a new date for Xxxxx Operation which will be on Friday 21st March 2014.

I confirm that I have not requested that Xxxxx be circumcised or his Foreskin reconstructed and have left it to the very capable hand of Xxxxxx Surgeon, Ms McAndrew to decide what is best during surgery. As a worried and concerned parent, my only request is that Xxxxxx comes out of safely and if Ms McAndrew feels circumcision is the only way forward, I have not or will not oppose.

I would also add that because of your previous threats Xxxxx has endured a pointless delay with the involvement of Hospital Safeguarding Teams etc and I would ask that if you have any dignity or love for this little boy that you do not issue more threats to a wonderful hospital who have only ever had the welfare and recovery in mind for Xxxxxx As you are now aware, Xxxxxis of an age of understanding things around him and causing more delays through your bitterness towards me will cause him a great deal of anxiety and upset the older he gets if this operation is not carried out as planned.

Dear Ms Butterfield

I write in response to your letter to my Father, firstly, I think it is inappropriate to direct your disappointment to my Father given I myself asked him to call into the Core Assets Office given he lives in the same area, also as you are aware, my Father has full control of my emails and is able to monitor the situation as directed by Judge Xxxxxxx given the pure harassment, intimidation and vile contents previously demonstrated by Mr Ferreira and his Mother.

You may recall, I contacted you last week and asked was it appropriate for me to speak to Mr Morey direct because the contents and alarming issues of the blog gave me real concern for the children given the sick mind of their Father stating they were being held hostage and abused. You stated you would speak to him and come back to me if there was any concern, and given I did not hear from you, I assume I am within my rights as Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Mum to be concerned about their safety given details, dates and locations where exposed in full on the Core Assets Proposal and also given Mr Ferreira posted something regarding “Activists”. It clearly states on the Proposal that all details are “Confidential” regarding Children. I would add that the document was quickly removed from Mr Ferreira’s blog, fortunately we were sent multiple copies from Friends who were alarmed at the content.

May I bring to your attention that not so many months ago, Mr Ferreira publically stated to all involved that he would get his children no matter what, with or without the Courts, I have also had threats made to the Guardian and discussed at the Final Hearing that Mr Ferreira informed Mr Morey that my life was in danger given I had upset certain members of his Family in South Africa. Am I really expected to sit back and allow both myself and Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx to be put at risk further.

Within 5 minutes of your letter being sent to my Father, it appeared in full on Mr Ferreira’s blog, personally Ms Butterfield, I am disappointed that your letter has infused what is an already dire situation with Mr Ferreira abusing anyone and everyone involved. You are more than welcome to direct your disappointment, but at myself, given my Father was only acting on my behalf and sadly has been dragged into this sorry mess by a man who has tried to destroy every member of my family.

If my safety or that of the Children is at risk from either a very mentally unstable man or the activists he chooses to involve, there is absolutely no fear in my mind that they will not be attending Core Assets on the 28th February. I am very happy to comply with the Court Order at all times, but I am sure you will appreciate my concerns and my intentions in contacting Core Assets were for the right reasons.

I will also confirm that I asked my Father to deliver my Application to the Court this morning to proceed with Breach of Court Undertakings to go ahead, which will demonstrate further that my Father has been nothing but a support to myself and the Children during a time of persecution, intimidation and on-going harassment.

I write further to the above matter and specifically in relation to an issue that Core Assets have brought the Guardian’s attention late on Monday 9th February.

Mr Onuora from Core Assets confirmed that you had attended at their Carnforth branch expressing concerns about information on Mr Ferreira’s blog and this this could place Xxxxx and Xxxxx at risk. The Guardian is not aware of the information on Mr Ferreira’s blog, although he has now had sight of the documentation attached to Mrs Ferreira’s application to enforce the undertaking.

I understand that Core Assets are awaiting further information from you in order for them to complete their risk assessment process, and therefore I would be grateful if you could send me a copy as a matter of urgency of the information from the blog that you felt Core Assets should see, and confirm if this has now been forwarded to them. If it is simply the information that is attached to Mrs Ferreira’s application issued today, then please confirm so that I can send this to Core Assets.

I must also add that it is with some disappointment that I note you have attended Core Assets in Carnforth, and spoken to the staff there, in particular as they are not directly involved in the referral. I note that I had previously confirmed to Mrs Ferreira that if she had any concerns about the security of the boys during contact, that she would have the opportunity to raise this as part of the referral process.

Please can you come back to me as a matter of urgency on this issue.

Hello little men!

How are my champs doing today ? I hope great !

Just got home from Bloemfontein, I think I have driven about 800 miles the past 2 days , so I think I have had enough of the car if I am honest, been a good trip all for a good cause so worth it at the end of the day….

Can’t believe how swollen I am from being in the car so much, I think the last time I was this bad was before you both were born when we went on the Nile cruise in Egypt with work…..not fun that I can promise you both…..

I can’t believe how much Bloemfontein and Klerksdorp have grown , but then again I have not been in that part of the Country for over 10 years….

Need to try and catch up on my email and admin , guess I will tackle that tomorrow if all goes to plan, Ouma and I have to go get a couple of things also , watch this space you two….lol , sure you both and the other readers of the blog will enjoy it….

The internet seems really slow here today, or maybe it’s just the blog , I see we are at 28 Countries , over 5600 views and more than 80 comments , I also see I have done over 200 posts for you two since Dec, don’t stress I am keeping your email accounts filed and sorted , with all the stuff from 20 April I think you both have about 1500 emails each to read when you are ready one day…..

Have no clue how you both are doing but I hope you are safe , I see the floods and bad weather continues in the UK….not good… Hope you both have your boots ready ! ……

I think you both are in school tomorrow again , so hope you both will have a cool day full of fun and lots of learning….say hello to all your little friends from me please ……
