Good afternoon little men!

How are you two muppets doing today ? I hope very well…

So tomorrow is the start of a new week , one more without me being allowed to speak with or know how you both are…. Getting close to a year now, you would think that the missing and longing for you both would get better, but I can promise you both it does not , seems to be getting worse , maybe because of all the other things going on and I think each day that passes let’s me know time is not on our side or indeed our friend……

If been out to the mall for a bit this afternoon, it was mad busy, people all over the place , felt like month end , not my thing that’s for sure…..

Have to see if I can close off the project I have been working on this week also, least I will have a lot more free time then to tackle the other things that need urgent attention….

I see the roads have started going icy near you both and some snow fall on the high ground, I think last year this time we had big snow in Horam already, next week is a year since you both came with to drop me the first day at my new office in a Horsham, still remember your little waves and blown kisses when I said bye to you both that morning in the car, don’t know why I remember that morning so clearly , but I do for some reason…

All of this feels like yesterday , some days and then other days it feels like a life time ago…..must be all the realities starting to become very real at the moment, sorry that makes no sense , well it does to me , I think , and should for you both one day also….

O before I forget Oupa is back from the bike thing , but he has bad Sun burn on his face , he looks like an English tourist in Dubai , lol ….

I hope you both had a fun and exciting day full of giggles and learning, I hope you both are safe , warm and happy….as little men should be ……

Hope you both will have a fantastic week next week…maybe the weather will improve and you might even get some Sun , that would be nice I guess…

Legal aid if you have capital

If you have disposable capital (savings) of over £8,000, you won’t get legal aid. Disposable capital includes:

money in the bank
valuable items
the value of your home (if you own it). This depends on how much the property is worth and how much your mortgage is.
You have to include your partner’s capital unless your partner is the person who you are in dispute with.

If you are getting Legal Representation and your disposable capital is under £3,000, you won’t have to pay a contribution towards the costs of your case.

If you have more than £3,000 of disposable capital, you will have to pay a contribution towards the costs of your case. This contribution has to be paid straight away and it will be all of the capital you have over £3,000 up to the total cost of the legal advice.

If you own a home

If you own a home, it will be considered as capital. However, not all the value of your home will be taken into account. You can deduct your mortgage or any charges on your home, up to a maximum of £100,000. This is called mortgage disregard. You can also deduct 3% of the market value of your home (the amount for which it could be sold for on the open market) for sales costs.

Example

The market value of your home is £150,000.

Your mortgage is £90,000.

3 % for sale costs = £4,500.

The capital that’s taken into account is £55,500 (£150,000 – £4,500 – £90,000).

If you jointly owned the property, and you owned an equal half, your capital would be £27,500 (half of £55,500).

Hi Sheila , thank you for your kind words , who said I don’t have a job , I said I chose to not work full time so I can devote more time on the battle with my boys! So check your facts , I assume you are now living of the money you and my boys spokesperson tried to get from your ex partner when he through you out on the street ,

So why did my boys spokes person get me to write a letter to your council to try and get you a house when you where on the street , I have a copy that I can post here if you like with the email from the spokes person telling me to pretend I have known you all your life !

Good afternoon little men….

Hope you both are doing great ! I see the weather is still a issue in the UK , hope you two muppets are safe and warm…..

It’s a really nice day here , Sunny and cool , so the perfect day for relaxing, Oupa left early this morning for his bike outing, and Ouma and I have just been taking it easy…. I must say I feel a lot better this morning so let’s hope that continues for a bit….. Will not hold my breath….

Am doing bits of my admin to make sure I don’t get behind, I am almost done with the script for the video being made in the UK re us and the family law Courts , least I have some video clips of you both so that should help a lot….makes me smile the little clips of you both, I think in my mind you are still that age as I have not been allowed to see you both really the past year …. I guess all that means is that you both will always be my little boys even when you are old and wrinkly….lol……

I hope you two had a fun Friday night , we had Aunty E pop in for a couple of hours , she sends all her love, I think she still has nightmares of your hand made silk christening gowns and hats and shoe she made for you , she was telling me last night each line of the crystals took her over 18 hours… You both I am sure have no memory of these but don’t stress I have both your sets so maybe when you both have little ones one day you can use these gowns…. For their christenings….. Would be a nice family tradition, maybe the only one us 3 will ever have…..

If I am feeling up to it in the morning I think a muffin from Mug and Bean might be on the cards , you both will love them , they are huge and baked fresh the whole day , I love the banana ones , yes , yes I know , banana milk shakes and muffins but yet I don’t like eating real bananas , strange that , lol , guess I am just a food freak , lol …..

Well champs I hope you two will have a nice afternoon and evening, hope you get to do something fun or exciting as little men should…..
