Apologies for contacting you directly, I have cc’d Mr Ferreira in for total transparency, although please be fully aware that he remains blocked should he wish to reply, as I have I no wish to deal within this man and is continued harassment.

To confirm I will not endorse contact either supervised or unsupervised with the above either now or any time in the future.

As you may be aware, Mr Ferreira was practically begged by HHJ Singleton and the Legal Team to make full use of the “Supervised Contact Order” offered to him, to which he replied “couldn’t be bothered” he himself made the decision to walk out of the children’s lives and informed all present at the Court that he had no further wish to see them if contact was supervised, this was the same day that he threatened to set fire to himself in the Court Room..

Surprise, surprise, here we are nine months later and he feels it appropriate to now see the children in a supervised contact centre because it suits him, without taking into account of how this will effect Oliver and Oscar or their emotional well being.

Please all be aware, that Oliver and Oscar have been protected from Day 1 of this ongoing vendetta that Mr Ferreira chose to make public, even to last night informing his blog that they are from Donors, clearly a matter that the general public need to know before his own children in his eyes, he also makes reference to how they will be living with him soon.

My only priority in life is to keep my little boys, happy, safe and grounded and surrounded by family and friends who love and cherish them, at no point will I allow them to be used as a tool to either destroy myself or anyone else who sees fit to ruin their future happiness in picking them up and using them as a weapon in a very public one sided battle.

Dear Mr Ferreira,

There is no requirement of the court or otherwise for the Guardian or his legal team to facilitate contact. The court order of 28 February 2014 is clear that any direct contact must be professionally supervised and if the parties are unable to agree this “they may apply to the court for a definition of such contact”.

The court is clear that these arrangements should be made by the parties and thus, given he has a time limited role, it is not for the Guardian to become involved in these specifics.

We advise you to take independent legal advice.

Hello Little Men !

How are my Champs doing on this lovely Friday ? I hope very , very fine 🙂

I think Summer is here ! It’s been really warm today here , I am having a little braai with Ouma and Oupa tonight as I am not sure when I will be back to spend some with them the way things stand now.

Been a busy day also , loads of time on the phone with the Court again , and guess what , Helen from Lancaster who told me at 4pm yesterday UK time she will resolve the outstanding issues with Paul today is not at work and she knew that when she spoke with me that she was not coming to work today , I spoke to Paul , he is now trying to sort the mess as he says it seems your file is a shambles and they hope to get it sorted on Monday , thus I will speak with them on Tuesday night as I should be in my hotel then. Paul also confirmed that they have received the C2 application for contact and have passed it to Judge Rawkins , thus I guess we should have feedback on that one also then next week.

I had a lovely very long chat to the people from pro- contact , they seem very helpful and will take up things now also with Cafcass , so I will keep you posted.

I got all my shirts back today and I must say they look a lot better , so I just need to pack in the morning and then the fun new adventure begins 🙂

So I will see you muppets a bit later then under our big old green tree in dreamland , packing you some happy packing dream bear cuddles …:-)

Hello Little Men!

Hope my Champs are doing well and that you are safe !

Apologies for being so late but I had Catherine McClures friend Hannah the girl with the long dark brown hair having a twitter debate with me , she is the one on the pictures in your surrogates house lying back on your lazy boys I bought before they broke into my house and stole the furniture ! Lol

It just showed me again how ignorant people are and that the McClure’s and your surrogate are only telling one side of the story , I guess that is what this blog for you is all about , telling all 3 sides , I told Hannah to stop by and read up a little when she is free as it might give her a better understanding of what is going on , but enough about our first twitter troll , lol 🙂 , just kidding I am sure she is a lovely girl and means well but I think she took a beating on twitter from some mums and dads also tonight which was maybe not so fair as I know she means well.

I am sure you saw the email re me requesting to see you on Sunday 21 Sept and your Solicitors response , so I have filled the formal C 2 application for this tonight , I have copied the surrogate on both her email but not sure if she gets them as I have not mailed her in over 6 months so I will check with the Court in the morning to ensure they send her a hard copy.

It’s going to be interesting to see how Helen from the Court is going to try and cover her incompetence and lies tomorrow when she has to phone Jeremy Rawkins again after she told me there were no Court orders after 11 June …hope they sack her as she is rude and it seems stupid.

Well I don’t have much more lazy time myself left ,only 2 days then the fun and next big adventure begins , I will keep you posted but loads happening all at ones with me but all good and positive.

So monkeys …it’s pretty late here already and the maid is coming in at 7 tomorrow so guess I need to get to bed , thus as always I shall see you both a little later under our big old green tree in dreamland ….packing you both big dream bear cuddles …..
