I hope my Champs are very , very fine today:-)

I am at the airport in Cape Town waiting for my flight , a little life lesson , a 6am flight to CA is always a great idea when you book it , until the day your alarm goes off at 3 am for you to get up and get ready for the very flight ! Never again ! I say !

Putting the zombi mode aside , 3 red bulls and around 8 cuppa chinos later it has been a pretty productive day so all worth it in the end. I can say this , I am going straight to bed when I get home , hope the maid got all the stuff sorted I left for her or I might have to go book into a hotel for the weekend , lol

I see your Solicitor strangely enough responded today and not after 7 days as she told us yesterday , she tells me that Peter Morey from Cafcass wants all issues to wait for the hearing in September , so what she is saying both of them are tooooo lazy again to do their job they are being paid for , nothing new there then.

I also received a copy of your surrogates statement , makes for amusing reading to say the least , she must be drunk or on drugs again with the selective response , I will post it later as I need to convert it to JPEG first , I will also blog Andie’s email.

I see the clowns from Clark’s and Hurst have also mailed me a copy of the same statement I did not know the monkeys are acting in your case again , I thought they are just wasting time and the old drunk Steve’s money on the divorce.

Well putting all that rubbish aside , I hope you both are ready for a nice fun weekend , plenty of sunshine and loads of outside playtime 🙂 , don’t forget to give B&B a nice bath also if the weather is nice 🙂

Well Little men I guess I shall see you both then a little later under our big old green tree in dreamland …packing you some nice warm dream bear cuddles.

Good afternoon Little Men!

Hope my muppets are doing very well today and have had your Sun block factor 100 at hand as I see you have a heat wave weather warning out today 🙂

Been a busy day here , once again loads of time on the phone with work stuff , I did manage to get away to get my hair cut …what little I have left 🙂

I also had an interesting late afternoon with Andie your Solicitor , which I might add I thought was a guy until I spoke to her for the first time today but seems she likes to be called Miss Brown , lol , she was playing stupid on the phone with me on the outstanding issues she had ignored the past 4 weeks , I then spoke to our favourite #incompetent Cafcass team member Office Peter Morey from their Blackburn office but as normal he refused to speak with me , I then asked for Michelle Evans his manager , the cowered whom last time also refused to respond or phone me back , I then asked for Vicky Dudley , but after 20 min on hold I gave up #joyofdealingwithcafcass.

I then ended up speak to the manager of the Court in Lancaster again to just ensure he emails me copies of the statements that is to be filed and served in 45 min time , he has also informed me that the notice re your registration went to a circuit Judge but they decided it’s too complicated so it had been passed back to HHJ Jeremy Rawkins the DFJ for Lancashire for directions , Paul had assured me that he will keep me updated once they hear back from him.

We will see what your Solicitor and Cafcass try now to cover up that as normal they have not done their job , but it seems the contempt of court will be filed for the continued use of your new fake name than ran out on 28 May #jailtimeforsurrogate

I have to get ready in a half our to head out to meet some friends as I told you muppets last night , we are going for an early dinner thus I am writing now as I might not have time when I get back as I have to be up at 3 am for my 6am flight.

Chest still feels like an Elephant is sitting on me all day , I might OD on my inhaler’s at this rate , but what to do as the saying goes , I had like 3 red bulls today as they normally make me feel better but that’s not even helped 🙂 , just made me speak faster than normal , lol

I really hope you monkeys had a good one and that you both are safe , I see the family is now in Cuba , they must be on a drug run 🙂 #mules

So Champs I guess I will see you both a little later then under our big old green tree in dreamland if only for a couple of hours before I have to get up..looking forward to some nice warm dream bear little man cuddles as it is a little cold here again this afternoon.

Hi Andie,

Thank you for your email , I am glad to see that you know how to write , you have had my emails for weeks now without responding thus I refuse to wait 7 days more as you are playing games with my boys lives and I will not allow it one minute longer.

Please also note I have only ever dealt with your firm in writing , Becky is the one that had on going phone conversations with the surrogate and then refused to disclose the content of these in open correspondence as you are well aware off as I have raised a formal complaint to you in this regards months ago which you also for the record ignored!

Start doing your job , or step down so Cafcass can appoint a real solicitor that knows what they are doing and is not just interested in billing their fees to the LAA.

Looking forward to your immediate action on the issues raised that you have ignored for weeks !
