I have just gotten home been out with Ouma and Oupa today …and yes we had some hot cross buns , even have some spare for midnight nibbles …lol
Just had a call from the Jenkings five , they are also going to their house at the dam next weekend , not the same dam as where Gerhard stays so I will have to split my weekend between the two , I think it will be very nice to spend some time with the twins and their big sister… They remind me so much of you both , makes me sad and happy at the same time ….. Still can’t believe you all are turning 3 in the next two or 3 months ….lots of birthday parties and plenty of cake ahead it seems.
I think little Mr Marx is first on 21 April , then you both on 20 May and the Jenkings twins on 8 June I think ….funny how you all were born so close to each other ….I think you two would have been great mates with these 3 , it would be hilarious to hear the 5 of you speak English-Afrikaans mix to each other …..maybe one day ….who knows what the future holds …..
Need to catch up on some email , work and your Story , I see the 4 Facebook pages and your blog had loads of traffic today …. Lots of new people supporting the cause and sharing their stories …… Least we are not alone in dealing with a parental alienator ,champs ….the world seems to be full of them , mums and dads …..each have their reasons to try and control but they all seem to forget who suffers the Child abuse ….the little ones …and it lasts a life time by some of the stories I have read on the Facebook pages….

Last week, a blog post went viral about why parents should stop trying to give their kids a magical childhood.
One of my friends shared it on her Facebook wall and yesterday a speaker at a sustainability conference even recommended it, saying that parents today spend too much time “on those things like Pinterest” and “working so hard to make their children’s live magical.”
“They’re just making their own lives harder,” she scoffed, “trying to make everything perfect.”
Then she said it’s because we mothers are addicted to stress.
Yes, it turns out we secretly like stress and so the quest to make childhood fun is some deep, psychological quest to make ourselves unhappy.
Or something like that. I had a really hard time understanding the logic in any of it.
These people seem to completely miss the point about what makes a childhood magical, and why some of us…

Hello Little Men…
How are you two muppets doing today? I hope oki doki …..
Taking a break from reports so thought it the opportune time to write you both and say hello….
It’s a lovely bright sunny day here but cool , I had to go get a jumper where I was sitting working at my desk , I even have a pair of socks on today as you both might not know , I do not like wearing socks and shoes in the house but my toes are freezing …… If I get my way I would go barefoot always …lol, guess that is part of growing up in Africa , I smile each time I am out at the Mall and shops in the afternoon and you see the little ones with their parents after school walking around barefoot….happy days ….I think…lol
Not sure why but I was awake really early this morning , maybe because my mind knew I had to get stuff done today … Now it feels like I am ready for a nap but daytime naps are no good for me as I wake up like a bear with three sore teeth ….lol ….
Ouma texted to say she is very keen for some hot cross buns or Easter buns as you will call them …don’t think I have had one yet this year … I see them in the shop but for me they must be fresh and warm out of the oven with loads of butter ….yum , yum….. You monkeys I think will love them also as I know you like raisins ….hope you have tried them as I think last year you were still little…..
I think I will have to go get the stuff for next weekend tomorrow as Friday and Monday is public holiday here so the Mall will be a mad house I think ….
Well Champs I hope you are having a nice fun Saturday …not sure what you are doing today but I hope you are safe and loved ….. O that reminds me , did you see the picture of the little boy with his puppy ? Made me smile and think of you both with B&B , I hope they are well also and that you four are having lots of happy days and making great memories……least I know you are getting some love from them if not from your hostage takers…..
