Dear Ms Butterfield

I write in response to your letter to my Father, firstly, I think it is inappropriate to direct your disappointment to my Father given I myself asked him to call into the Core Assets Office given he lives in the same area, also as you are aware, my Father has full control of my emails and is able to monitor the situation as directed by Judge Xxxxxxx given the pure harassment, intimidation and vile contents previously demonstrated by Mr Ferreira and his Mother.

You may recall, I contacted you last week and asked was it appropriate for me to speak to Mr Morey direct because the contents and alarming issues of the blog gave me real concern for the children given the sick mind of their Father stating they were being held hostage and abused. You stated you would speak to him and come back to me if there was any concern, and given I did not hear from you, I assume I am within my rights as Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Mum to be concerned about their safety given details, dates and locations where exposed in full on the Core Assets Proposal and also given Mr Ferreira posted something regarding “Activists”. It clearly states on the Proposal that all details are “Confidential” regarding Children. I would add that the document was quickly removed from Mr Ferreira’s blog, fortunately we were sent multiple copies from Friends who were alarmed at the content.

May I bring to your attention that not so many months ago, Mr Ferreira publically stated to all involved that he would get his children no matter what, with or without the Courts, I have also had threats made to the Guardian and discussed at the Final Hearing that Mr Ferreira informed Mr Morey that my life was in danger given I had upset certain members of his Family in South Africa. Am I really expected to sit back and allow both myself and Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx to be put at risk further.

Within 5 minutes of your letter being sent to my Father, it appeared in full on Mr Ferreira’s blog, personally Ms Butterfield, I am disappointed that your letter has infused what is an already dire situation with Mr Ferreira abusing anyone and everyone involved. You are more than welcome to direct your disappointment, but at myself, given my Father was only acting on my behalf and sadly has been dragged into this sorry mess by a man who has tried to destroy every member of my family.

If my safety or that of the Children is at risk from either a very mentally unstable man or the activists he chooses to involve, there is absolutely no fear in my mind that they will not be attending Core Assets on the 28th February. I am very happy to comply with the Court Order at all times, but I am sure you will appreciate my concerns and my intentions in contacting Core Assets were for the right reasons.

I will also confirm that I asked my Father to deliver my Application to the Court this morning to proceed with Breach of Court Undertakings to go ahead, which will demonstrate further that my Father has been nothing but a support to myself and the Children during a time of persecution, intimidation and on-going harassment.
