Hope you both are doing really well today… It’s a lovely day here , nice and Sunny but cool….
Been up since 6am this morning not sure why as I had all good intentions to have a sleep in…..might be the email I saw this morning , you both know I have been trying since July to get a copy of the 2nd Cafcass report that was never shown to me before we went to Court the first time , well I got a copy last night from an anonymised source, who knows how they got access to this info , if you keep in mind your Solicitor claims she has never seen it , and when I asked the Cafcass worker for a copy while I was at their office in November he told me that he had never seen it either, strange that as this report was the starting point of this mess….. So at long last this can be exposed with the statements filed early in April ,the full police disclosures that was supposed to be Top secret also to show how the allegations changed and got exaggerated and wrongly recorded by the police and Cafcass but yet this is and was used to stop us 3 from having contact and a normal relationship, I can only once again make reference to the monkeys left alone with enough rope , little men…..
I have no clue what you two muppets are doing today but as it is weekend I hope you are having a blast , playing , doing outings , walking B&B and whatever other fun things you two have up your sleeves….as little men should…..
I am struggling to get copies of the Jail book for you both , seems to be out of print , but I will keep looking , even if I can find one copy for you both to share….
Ouma and Oupa says , love you lots!! , I think we are going to braai tonight again , seems the norm now on the weekend , guess that is what Summer in South Africa is all about , not sure all the red meat is doing our health any good but , what to do as they say …lol….
My blackberry seems to have stopped working today for some strange reason, not sure if it is the network from Dubai or South Africa or maybe it’s a sign that I need to move to an IPhone , must say as I told you both before I was dead against touch screen things but the iPad mini with the typing pen has not been so bad , the predictive text thing drives me up the wall as it keeps changing words and makes me look illiterate. I assume I can turn it off but as you both will learn I am a little bit technologically challenged to say the least. It’s been 5 months now already trying to use windows 8 on my work computer and I still can’t find the print icon half of the time , lol don’t giggle you two , it’s serious stuff…..lol
Need to get my stuff packed also tomorrow for next weeks road trip, going to be lots of time in the car, thank goodness for air conditioning , and She’ll Ultra Cities with Wimpy Banana milkshakes… Reminds me of when I was a little boy your age, I must say I also liked to dunk a hotdog in a class of cream soda float….. Lol , makes me wonder what little habits you both have with food stuff, I know you both liked to suck grapes and spit them out when the juice is gone , I also know you both loved a slice of thick white toast with real salted butter…… O and don’t forget spitting juice on me when at the table when we did lip bubbles……, I wonder if you both still do that?……
Sorry pals I seem to have gone over my 600 word daily limit today…. Lots to tell and share with you both I guess….
Please have lots of fun the rest of the weekend……
I will see you both later tonight under our big old green tree in dream land …. Can’t wait for my little men dream cuddles as always…

Hi Advader ,
Thank you for taking the time to read our boys blog, I don’t agree with you totally if I am honest, children are better off sometimes when parents are not together rather then to see one or both parent suffer as this will impact on them more then divorce I believe.
This is my opinion on this one …..

i can agree with you for not even significant numbers, only after everything is done to keep the family together, in general this means that the problems are complex and i reckon femini$$m and society causational-correlational are the main destroyers, one way or the other divorce remains child abuse, divorced/separated children are being discriminated, their human right on normal familylife brutal cruel and rude violated.

I agree with you , no one looks at the little ones Human rights, this breaks my heart as I am dealing with this currently , my ex and the Court will not even allow me to apply for our boys South African passports, so a part of them and their history and culture is being taken away from them!

ik begrijp inderdaad wat jij in het zuid-afrikaans hebt geschreven phil, heb mijn blog na 5 jaar ook weer eens bekeken, nog steeds actueel, bij mij begon het meer dan 14 jaar geleden, nu zijn mijn ontvaderde vervreemde stockholmed kinderen ‘volwassen’ en totaal verziekt, hun ‘moeder’ (het loeder) stierf 1,5 jaar geleden en heeft over haar dood heen alles nog veel erger gemaakt, in totaal missen mijn kinderen en ik al meer dan 11 van ons leven, beroofd van vaderschap&geziznsleven.

Dit breuk my hart…maar hoe meer ek lees oor die saak , lyk dit vir my die wereld sien dit as normaal, hoe meer ons daar oor praat hoe meer mense glo ek sal die probleem sien en verstaan!

Dit is reg , maar ek dink in vandag se lewe betken normaale gesins lewe vir baie mense verskulende dinge, soos ek op my blog noem, dit is nie vir my Oor wie is reg of verkeerd nie, maar meer wat is die beste vir ons kinders, kinders moet hull vader ken , dit glo ek , maak nie saak wat die moeder dink oor hom,
Dit voel vir my of meeste mense weet wat is reg , maar kultuur laat hulle nie toe om op te staan teen die moeder nie !

Ek stem saam, maar die probleem is hoe jy mense kry om dit te sien, kyk na my saak my vrou is van Engeland , so volgens die welsyn , regter en sielkundige is ek verkeerd om te probeer my kinders sien of kontak met hulle maak om dat die moeder dit nie goed keur nie!
Hoe meer ek baklei hoe meer dink hulle almal ek is onstabiel!
Die week het n persoon op die blog vir my geskryf om te se^ ek moet die ander wang draai soos die Bybel aan beveel ! Ek is seker hulle kinders is nog nooit weg gehou van hulle af nie , anders sal hulle nie sulke dom advies voor stel nie !

daar ga ik geen tijd aan verspillen, een doodlopende weg, men’s rights are NO human rights, like women’s rights aren’t (and even inhumane, abortion!), and also children’s rights are no human rights, beter je nog meer te verdiepen in kwesties dan meelopen met oplichters.

I think the answer lies in the words “human rights” as I think we all fall in that category, thus we all should be treated in the same manner, well that is my opinion, might be wrong , might be right……

equal treatment isn’t the same as discrimination, human rihgts are about males/females defined by our genes which makes us as natural humans hetero (xx/xy), equal rights is about gender and makes big gov’t, and if your point should be valid which it isn’t then its sexism by definition.

the problem is femini$$m, equal rights are no solution and won’t work while divorce/separation (mainly defathering) remains child abuse and alienation on many many fronts to beginn with.
